As part of the Nu-Africa portfolio,we conduct feasibility studies and project appraisals on proposed and existing operations. SUCCESSION PLANNING
Nu-Africa has a specialist business unit that focuses on the challenges of succession planning for South African farmers. TURNAROUND PLANNING
Nu-Africa is able to conduct in depth reviews of current operations and develop turnaround plans for the business. Our capability to source turnaround specialist staff coupled to the oversight service of the implementation plans provides us with an exceptional success rate.
PROJECT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION
Apart from our ability to develop project plans,we are able to source and provide the project management staff as well assist with the recruitment of operational staff. When contracted,we remain involved in an external oversight role to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
